Our staff attorneys handle litigation in the State of Illinois and
coordinate our nationwide forwarding network. With these member affiliates forming a
nationwide network for referrals, we subcontract litigation outside Illinois.

Effective and ongoing training is critical to the success of our
collectors. All new hires undergo formal training covering company policies, procedures
and orientation, F.D.C.P.A. and State collection laws, and all staff members are given ACA
standardized tests. Calls are constantly monitored by management and used for continued
training. Using productivity benchmarks, management evaluates collection quality on a
daily basis to ensure optimum results.

by Columbia Ultimate Business Systems (CUBS). With over 600 installations, this
is a fully on-line real time system designed specifically for collection agencies. For
many years we have partnered with CUBS (columbiaultimate.com)and
have tailored this system to address both our needs and the needs of our clients.
Our system allows for remote access
for the purpose of viewing account activity, placing accounts, reporting information and
providing documentation.
